You may request a full refund of your unused credits within 14 days of any top-up, for any reason. Email support@aipower.me with your registered email address. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
We refund unused credits — credits already consumed by API calls are not refundable (you got the value of the AI inference).
If our service was unavailable or returned errors that affected your application, we will pro-rate refund the affected period or grant equivalent credits at our discretion. Common examples:
Email support@aipower.me with your request_id(visible in API errors and dashboard logs) and we'll review within 2 business days.
AIPower is pay-per-token only — there are no subscriptions, no minimums, no auto-renewals. Your top-ups stay as credit until you spend them. Credits do not expire.
EU/UK customers retain the statutory 14-day cooling-off right under consumer law (this policy already exceeds that minimum). For WeChat Pay and Alipay top-ups, refunds return to the original wallet (3-7 business days depending on Tencent/Alibaba processing time).
